Not worth the money. The Swing Band was very tight and broke apart after using it twice. The DVD was terrible. What was worst, I sent an email to Hank Haney's website to get a replacement for the broken Swing Band, did not get a response. Sent the item back for refund. Sold the other Hank Haney's items purchased on eBay.
This is a simple training aid that you can take along to the course or driving range with ease. I am a beginner golfer and it really improved my technique the 1st time I tried it. It is like and orthotic for your swing. I highly recommend this to any golfer at any level. It also makes a great gift!
The swing band was helpful for me as a novice golfer and also for my dad who is a pro. Golfers of any age or ability can benefit from having their swing tweaked with this fun band!!

Description
It's been written and said by all the great teachers and players that the "moment of truth" in golf is at "impact". Great players all look slightly different from each other, when they swing the club, but at impact they look incredibly similar to one another. At impact, their lead wrist is flat, allowing them to deliver the clubhead squarely and powerfully with a great deal of consistency. Impact is where better players and less accomplished players can look very different from each other. Often less accomplished players break down at impact, cupping their lead wrist, losing power early and decreasing their accuracy. When a player releases the club properly through impact while wearing the WRIST Tac-Tic, there is no "click". The Tac-Tic "clicks" when a player breaks down, by cupping their lead wrist at impact. The greatest advantage in using the WRIST Tac-Tic is its application is not limited to impact during the full swing, but also can be used while practicing, putting, chipping and pitching.

As a beginner golfer, I found these training aids extremely helpful, as did my golf trainer. The wrist was especially helpful, as was the elbow. I would recommend these products to any beginner golfer, or to a person who is experiencing problems with his/her game.
I was having trouble with my short game bending my wrist when I was trying to chip or pitch but, this defice improved my short game right away because, when I put it on it allowed my wrist to bend but, it let me hear and feel, giving me instant feedback when I was in the wrong position. This product is great for anyone that is serious about improving their short game.
Ostensibly a good idea, but, I have difficulty determining the exact point at which the "click" occurs during a normal-speed swing.
This product is very cheaply made, and did not work very well for me. My main problem with this product is that it doesn't address the core of the problem why your wrist doesn't stay flat at the top. A flat left wrist at the top all begins with having a good grip. If you aren't gripping the club correctly, you are going to have to force yourself into a very awkward feeling position in order to keep your left wrist flat at the top. This will probably only mess you up more in the long term.
Different strokes for different people maybe . I found this little item brilliant and while it seems a little "lightweight" you wouldnt want anything bigger or heavier on your wrist . It works for me and only took minutes to sort out my "worst" swing flaw. great , I love it .

Purchased this product at the recommendation of my golf teacher. Have golfed for 30 years now, about an 11 handicapper. Have a strong tendancy to be a little too right handed so I would usually be left of my target. This really showed me that you don't need to break your wrists at impact as many previously had taught me. Takes a little getting used to at the range. Be sure to do as the video indicates, hit 20 with it on, 20 without it. I keep this in my bag so when I'm at the range and on the course, I can put it on for a bit to get the feel.

It is not the carrier, UPS, I believe, who is at fault. The seller apparently packaged the product loose in the box. There was no padding whatsoever in the box. It was rattling around in the box when I received the product. There is no way for me to tell whether it was damaged internally, but the external condition appears OK. Thank you, UncleBob
