Question by amanda: Will it hurt my turtles if I put a golf ball in their tank?
ok so i have 2 fairly small red earred slider turtles. and they like to move their tank decorations around so my mom had an idea that we put a golf ball in their tank for them to play with. could that in anyway hurt the turtles?

thanks!

Best answer:

Answer by Angelo©
It could be harmful but if they like to move them then you could try it. Try weighing (a scale or just by hand) the turtle and the golf ball, contrast the weight differences and you should tell to do it or not. You can always call your local vet and ask them and say your reasoning for it.

Question by : Do hands go in front of ball in golf during putting?
I have slightly longer clubs than I kind of need and so when I putt I end up with cupped hands I think it’s called. I try to putt without doing that but it just doesn’t feel right and sometimes I end up with them still cupped. So I tried putting with my hands a little forward and I putt better. I just wanted to know if that’s okay or if it’s a bad habit to get into or if I just shouldn’t be doing it. Plus, if anyone could also tell me a good way to control my putting speed. Sometimes I go past the hole and sometimes I hit the ball short. Thanks in advance!

Best answer:

Answer by ELISE
i think its because you have positioned your hands incorrectly why you past the hole so often. but it also seems like you are not practicing the correct grip. do some research on the interlock grip and practice it for a while. you may very well find that your swing will improve. http://www.shopgolf.info also has some more golfing advice. i hope i was helpful

Question by Kip K: How to put spin on a golf ball.?
Hi,
I know how to put spin on a golf ball. Put it doesn’t spin back.
It might just have a little check up. I know im hitting down on the golf ball and my divots are in front of the ball. I have only had 2 balls spin actually backwards. One with a sand wedge and one with an 8 iron.
Someone PLEASE help me!!

Best answer:

Answer by Lad
Use a titleist pro v1 – Must be very clean / nearly brand new

CLEAN GROOVES on the club, easier to do it with lob wedge and sand wedge

Hit down hard on the back of the ball and extend out to target but focus on keeping the club low to the ground on the take away

Question by soccerchamp0721: What kind of paint do you use to paint on an already made golf ball?
I was thinking of painting a golf ball for my dad for fathers day because he loves golf and has a shelf to put golf balls on. Does anyone know what kind of paint would work best to put on golf balls?
Any specific kind of brush you recommend?

Best answer:

Answer by infadinglight
i’ve used acrylic paint on pretty much any kind of surface, just make sure that you get a good brush on glaze cause the spray stuff can get a little sticky and not go on quite so even.. you may also want to get something to put it on while you paint it, or paint it in sections so it doesn’t smudge
